Weimar - Hand engraved hunting scenes, animal pieces in embossed design - two per side; panel: arabesques, oak leaves or German Renaissance leaves. Receiver end of the barrel and trigger guard fully engraved. Stock and fore-end with fine carving in the manner of the panel. Checkering within the carving. Selected walnut wood. Erfurt - Hunting engravings with up to 4 animal pieces per side. 1 animal piece on the case underside, panel and animal pieces as desired. Receiver of the barrel and trigger guard fully engraved. Finest walnut wood, grip cape made of silver with embossed monogram. Checkering within the carving.
